Individual Online Training

Virtual Training consisting of a complimentary 15-30 minute consultation, customized homework exercise program, and 60 minute one on one training sessions. Best for the individual who is ready to make serious change and needs a tailored approach to get them there.

 

Duo Online Training

Everything that the Individual Online Training is, just with your partner in crime. Best for the duo that needs to get to their goal and wants to help get someone else to it as well. (Note: For different fitness goals the Individual Online Training is recommended)

 

Group Online Training

Virtual Training using, consisting of a complimentary 15-30 minute consultation, and a group training class with up to 15 people. Best for the individual/group that is just getting their feet wet with fitness and wants to expand their exercise library.

 

Customized Training Program

A Customized 4-6 Week Training Program, including a 15-30 minute consultation, built and constructed for you. Best for the client/athlete that knows what to do, but needs to add structure to get to their defined goal.
